m = new SpinBox('minutes',0,59);
h = new SpinBox('hours',0,23);
m.registerOverflowObserver(h);
Now whenever the first spinbox gets below 0 or above 59, the second one will be decreased or increased by 1. This is useful when you want to use spinboxes to enter time, which is one of the most common things spinboxes are used for.
The demo has been updated to display this new functionality. I have also created a sourceforge project for the spinbox which can be found here, so if you need any kind of support or want to file a bug then please go there.
The complete archive can be downloaded here.

Hi,
this project looks nice. But there is a bug:
if you enter “26″ (greater than the maximum of 23) in the first spinbox in your demo the up/down buttons do not work any longer.
I’d suggest that a) the user should be informed of the valid range and b) it should set to the maximum (or minimum if below the lowest value).
Regards,
Andreas
Andres: What browser are you using? I have tried in Firefox on Mac and Windows and in Internet Explorer 6 and 5.5 on Windows, and I can’t enter 26 as a number in any of them, the spinbox stops me from entering numbers above the max (as it should).
Hi, I like this one very much. However, it would be nice to have a variable step: eg. step through the minutes by 5 at a time.
I did some small modification to your source to make it possible

Paul
Hi!
I like very much this project… And I’d like to use the spin box in my application, but there is another bug :s
On IExplorer or Firefox, I think it’s an event problem; when I click on the arrow button (up/down) with the 2 buttons (right/left) of the mouse at the same time, the number spins and never stops, after that, it is impossible to fix a number. I also have the same problem if I click on an arrow button and I keep the left button down moving the mouse out of the image button, numbers spin and never stop
Can somebody help me to fix this problem please?
Thanks,
Oli
